Job Description:
Sparta School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reading Tutor to provide targeted reading support to students. This part-time position focuses on improving students' literacy skills and fostering a love for reading in alignment with school goals and curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with individual students or small groups to enhance reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary skills.
• Implement engaging, evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to students' needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment.
